Villa Charno

Villa Charno is a beautiful 5 bedroom home set in very spacious landscaped grounds that provide seclusion and privacy. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the pretty coastal village of Ayia Marina. The villa has magnificent views of Chrysochou Bay and the natural hillside inland.

The large open plan living/dining area has a 5m folding glazed door that opens fully, allowing the outdoor paved terrace overlooking the pool to become integrated with the living space. The fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room have oak units and granite work surfaces. There are three double bedrooms and two are twin bedded, all have en-suite facilites. One of the double-bedded rooms is on the ground floor and has patio doors onto the terrace and an en-suite with a very large shower enclosure with body massage jets. The bedrooms on the first floor all have balconies and sea views. The master bedroom has wonderful views from all aspects and its en-suite has double sinks and a steam shower/bath. The second double room en-suite has a Jacuzzi bath and both twin bedded rooms have en-suites with double sized shower enclosures.

 

Outside there is a double infinity edge pool measuring 6m x 12m with an adjoining heatable Jacuzzi pool and many paved areas providing ample opportunities for sun-bathing or sitting under the shaded pergola. The extensive grounds are landscaped with many different types of decorative plants plus a citrus orchard. There is a purpose built BBQ area with seating for twelve.

Cyprus is now part of the EU and the unit of currency is the Euro. All prices quoted throughout this website are in pounds sterling.

Prices that part include a higher season rate will be charged at that level. Prices exclude the refundable deposit payment and the non-refundable minor breakages fund payment. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Outdoor jacuzzi pool heating needs to be arranged three days before commencement at €25 per day (minimum 7 days), payable locally.

Akamas Villas guests can enjoy complementary transfers at selected villas (Sandy Beach Villa, Sandy Beach Number 10, Latchi Marina Villa and Arsinoe Beach Villa) to and from Paphos International Airport for a maximum of 4 people, where they will be met by our local host in Cyprus.
