We are based in the Polis/Latchi area and provide a premium lettings and management service that benefits substantially from comprehensive local knowledge and extensive links to a wide range of contacts throughout this region of Cyprus. Akamas Villas Concierge Services (Cyprus) Limited is a Cypriot registered company and has been established to provide a growing range of support services to its guests, its owner partners and to the local business community.

As local villa owners ourselves, we have a comprehensive understanding of what drives the Akamas peninsula luxury holiday rentals market. We are also exclusively positioned to appreciate not only what the discerning villa guest is seeking but also what our fellow villa owners have identified as desirable villa clients. Our long-term goal is to create an extensive network of premium Akamas region rental properties, owned by like-minded people with business objectives similar to our own. We will achieve this by maintaining a high level of service, extensive knowledge of the area and by restricting our portfolio growth to the right properties and to the area around Chrysochou Bay including Neo Chorio, Latchi, Polis, Agarka, Ayia Marina and Pomos, as illustrated on the map on our home page.

To this end, we are assembling a portfolio of luxury rental villas throughout Cyprus's Akamas peninsula to market and manage under our uniquely positioned brand umbrella. Local villa owners who share our exceptionally high standards of property offerings and who are dedicated to the preservation of this last unspoilt region in western Cyprus are cordially invited to showcase their properties on our website.

Our Terms:

Akamas Villas currently works with owners from Cyprus, Russia and the UK offering a highly competitive financial agreement. Our commission rates undercut the vast majority of our competitors, as we look to build long term revenue opportunities for all of our owner partners.

Our commission rates include the provision of a welcome pack, a meet & greet service for all guests and a guest liaison role throughout the time that guests are staying at one of our villas. We have led the local market by becoming the first villa company to provide all of its guests with a free Loyalty Card offering meaningful benefits with a number of local companies, enhancing the prospect of repeat bookings as we look to build a long term relationship with all of our customers. Payment Terms:

Recognising that cashflow is important to everyone, Akamas Villas aims to pay villa owners within 72 hours of receipt of the guest's balance monies, so in many cases this is almost 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the guest's holiday. 

Innovative Guest Service: Expected Launch Date March 2012

Akamas Villas has developed an iPad Application for the benefit of guests, which includes a comprehensive guide to the local area and details of our loyalty card partners, with up to date menus / prices / services as appropriate. The iPad Application is packed with high resolution imagery and interactive maps showing 16 places of interest for guests to visit during their holiday. This Application doubles up as a superb guide to help consumers prior to making a booking, to determine whether the Akamas region of Cyprus is the right hoilday destination for them, but of equal importance, it acts as an excellent tool for guests to use once they are staying at their villa. For guests that do not possess an iPad, the same information has been re-produced in the more traditional method of a Villa Handbook for guests to read at their leisure.
