We had to use the heating in the bedroom due to the time of year and this could have proved expensive if we had needed to heat all the rooms. The location of the Villa was excellent, being close to the beach and the beach walkway, for walks and running. We certainly felt the cost was very competitive compared to other parts of the Mediterranean. A heated pool would be a bonus and clearer instructions about the TV and Cooker operation were needed. Didi is an excellent ambassador for Akamas Villas, nothing was too much trouble, she was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Use of a computer was invaluable - allowing contact with friends to be maintained throughout the holiday. A ready supply of pool "toys" was very useful for the hours spent in and around the pool - something that is normally absent from many brochure type villa holidays.
