About Akamas Villas
Akamas Villas Limited was formed by Martin Maynard in 2009 and launched in early 2010 by promoting Cyprus villas with pools. The company also has a registered office in Cyprus - Akamas Villas Concierge Services (Cyprus) Limited, which has been created with the future development of its guest services and concierge offering very much in mind. All of the villas are located around Chrysochou Bay enjoying stunning views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on the one side and the stunning hills and countryside on the other, providing guests with perfectly contrasting outlooks. The small town of Polis, the harbour area of Latchi and the small, traditional villages of Neo Chorio, Agarka and Ayia Marina offer a great insight into real Cyprus and are far removed from the more, well known commercial areas of Paphos and Limassol.
